Research Interests

Relate the time-lapse changes in seismic with changes in density, pressure and saturation in order to improve the reservoir characterization.

Understanding the relationships between between reservoir variables (e.g pressure) and seismic velocities are helpful in quantifying the time-lapse changes.  Comparison of the reservoir pressures can help to improve the reservoir model. Pressure depletion can be used to understand the porosity, permeability and compressibility of the reservoir.
