Phone: Advisor: Ms. Rosemary NeyinM.S. Geology candidate
B.S. in Microbiology, Texas A&M University, May 2008. B.A. in Geology, Texas A&M University, May 2008. Research InterestsI am interested in microbes and their effects on geochemical processes in the early earth and present day. Also in the utilization of microorganisms to clean up oil spillage. Research ProjectI am measuring kinetic parameters describing manganese and cerium oxidation under oxic conditions. I hope to gain a better understanding on the mechanism of cerium oxidation which can then be applied to interpreting cerium anomalies in relation to paleoenvironments. |
