Research interest: Petrophysics and Rock Physics based Analysis of Microbial Carbonate Reservoir

· Charaterizing different sedimentary facies and related pore structure using cementation factor in Archie's equation

· Find a better relationship of permeability and porosity in different pore structures.

Thesis topic: High-resolution seismic characterization of deep carbonate reservoir

· Studying the heterogeneity of carbonate reservoir using pre-stack seismic inversion integrated with core and well data

· Characterizing different pore structure using the frame flexibility factor in Sun's rock physics model and cementation factor in Archie's equation and apply the results to seismic characterization
